- £35k - 45k per year + Bens
I'm delighted to be working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Doncaster that is looking to welcome an experienced Residential Conveyancer to its busy and successful Property team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected local practice with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional client care, while retaining the traditional values and people-focused approach that have underpinned its success.
With genuine flexibility around working patterns, this opportunity offers the chance to enjoy quality work, autonomy and a supportive team environment, alongside a firm that values its people.
You'll take ownership of your own residential conveyancing caseload, managing transactions from initial instruction through to completion and post-completion, while ensuring clients receive an excellent level of service throughout.
Your caseload will include:
- Freehold sales and purchases
- Leasehold sales and purchases
- New build transactions
- Managing matters from file opening through to post-completion
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties
You'll be confident managing a busy caseload with minimal supervision, maintaining strong technical standards and ensuring transactions progress smoothly and efficiently.
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Chartered Legal Executives and experienced Conveyancing Fee Earners.
Ideally, you'll bring:
- At least one year's experience independently managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
- Experience across freehold, leasehold and new build transactions
- The confidence to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- A proactive, organised and client-focused approach
What's on Offer?
- Competitive salary and benefits package, dependent on experience
- Genuine flexibility, with full-time and part-time opportunities available
- A supportive and collaborative working environment
- A quality residential conveyancing caseload
- Long-term career development opportunities
- The chance to join a well-respected firm with an established client base and excellent local reputation
I'd love to speak with conveyancers who are considering their next move, whether that's a change of environment, greater flexibility or simply the opportunity to join a firm where they can feel valued.
Get in touch for a confidential conversation and further details. I'd be delighted to tell you more.
