An exciting opportunity for a Family Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded regional law firm in Lincoln.

Ideally suited to an NQ-3 PQE Solicitor, although candidates at all levels of qualification and experience will be considered, provided they are confident managing their own caseload.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their expertise in financial aspects of divorce, financial remedy proceedings and private family matters, including exposure to high-net-worth clients.

The Role

You'll handle a varied caseload of private family matters, including:

• Advising clients on divorce and financial settlements.
• Managing financial remedy proceedings, including high-net-worth cases.
• Drafting separation, pre-nuptial and cohabitation agreements.
• Advising on arrangements for children following relationship breakdown.
• Representing clients in court.
• Managing your own files and ensuring effective case progression.

Who are they looking for?

• Qualified Solicitor with experience within a Family Law department.
• Ideally NQ-3 years' PQE, although all levels will be considered.
• Confidence in managing your own caseload.
• A genuine interest in financial remedy and private family work.
• Strong communication, client care and organisational skills.
• A proactive, ambitious and commercially minded approach.
• Law Society and/or Resolution accreditation, or a willingness to work towards achieving this.
• Full UK driving licence.

Knowledge of Proclaim Case Management and Legal Aid would be advantageous.
