The Opportunity

I’m working with an established and growing law firm in Liverpool looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, commercially minded lawyer to handle a varied caseload, build strong client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.

The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including:

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Agricultural land
• Commercial leases, renewals and assignments
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Property development and investment
• Property finance and site acquisitions
• Portfolio management and general commercial property work

You will take ownership of transactions, provide commercially focused advice and develop lasting relationships with clients and professional contacts.

About You

• A qualified solicitor or a Fee Earner with solid commercial property experience.
• Confident managing your own caseload.
• Strong technical skills.
• Commercially minded, proactive and client-focused.
• An excellent communicator who enjoys working independently and collaboratively.
