Strong experience in satellite ground systems, optical communications, aerospace or a related field.
Ability to perform link budget analyses.
Experience supporting complex customer-facing technical programs.
Strong technical planning, problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to explain complex technical topics in clear business terms.
Customer-focused mindset and sound judgment in dynamic environments.
Ability to collaborate effectively across U.S. and French teams.
Willingness to travel approximately 25%.

Nice to Have

Experience with both commercial and U.S. government customers.
An active U.S. government security clearance.
Experience modeling or simulating optical systems and architectures.
A master’s degree or PhD in optical communications or a related field.
Experience working in an international environment.
French language skills.
