Cailabs is a global deep-tech company and the world leader in laser beam shaping technology through its patented Multi-Plane Light Conversion (MPLC) technology. Our solutions support satellite communications, telecommunications, industrial lasers and defense applications.
As demand for optical satellite communications accelerates, Cailabs has become a recognized leader in Optical Ground Stations (OGS) and Free Space Optical Communications. To support our expansion in the US, we are seeking a Vice President, Business Development to lead the growth of our OGS business across the U.S. government, defense and commercial space sectors.
 
The Opportunity
Reporting to the President of Cailabs US and working closely with product, engineering and executive teams, you will define and execute the business development strategy for the US market and drive commercial growth.
 
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the US business development strategy for the Optical Ground Station market.
Drive revenue growth and achieve business targets across government, defense and commercial sectors.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, government agencies and prime contractors.
Collaborate with product, engineering and marketing teams to support market expansion.
Leverage your industry network to identify opportunities, market trends and strategic partnerships.
Contribute to Cailabs' global business development strategy and key growth initiatives.
Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities.
Lead proposal development, commercial negotiations and contract discussions.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurate forecasts through CRM tools.
Support growth and development of Cailabs US operations and market presence
