General affairs specialist (Translation focus)

Our company is looking for a new colleague for the position of General affairs specialist (Translation focus), who would like to work in a stable workplace and become part of a great team!

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for foreign language interpretation and translation in various occasions of the Division, and organize, file and preserve the translation materials, so as to ensure smooth internal and external communication through complete and correct foreign language expression.

• Support customer reception and major reception activities of the Division, prepare and update the foreign language introduction materials of the Division on schedule to meet the needs of various external communication occasions of the Division.

• Be responsible for factory culture promotion, employee care activities planning and development, reception of visitors and other comprehensive affairs.

• Be responsible for English and Hungarian linguistic validation of factory documents

Requirements:

• Over 2 years of relevant working experience, proficient in Chinese, English and Hungarian. Chinese proficiency: HSK Level 3 or above

• Master oral and written translation skills, management, news dissemination, effective communication, document writing, business etiquette knowledge.

• Have good communication and coordination skills, a sense of service and a strong sense of responsibility, strong resistance to pressure, work conscientiously and responsibly.

• Proficient in computer and office software.
