Job Title: Cleaner
Responsible to: Cleaning Supervisor
Reporting positions: N/A
Location: Rotherham
Shift Pattern: Sunday - Friday 6.30am - 10.30am (24 hours per week)

Main Areas of Responsibility

• Clean designated areas to required standards
• Cover others areas as an when required to ensure standards are maintained
• Report any issues within their designated areas
• Any other reasonable duties as requested within skill set

Person Specification

• Previous experience of working in a factory environment - desirable
• No formal qualifications required
• Previous experience - desirable
• Excellent time keeping and attendance
• Dynamic and flexible approach to work
• Self resilient
• Excellent attention to detail
• Believes and promotes Health and Safety within workplace
• Promotes and is passionate about the values and standards of the company
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Be open to and work with change (both cultural and technical)
• ‘Can Do’ attitude
• Team Player
• Willing to undertake additional tasks (within capabilities) to get the job done
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to prioritise
