Feed operational experience and lessons learned into the design and evolution of the CRM product
Support user acceptance testing, operational readiness assessments and the validation of new functionalities
What you bring
Master's degree in engineering, economics, business administration, finance, data analytics or a related field
2 to 5 years of experience in operations, process management, consulting, business analysis, energy markets, financial operations or a similar analytical environment
Knowledge of the energy sector or electricity markets is a plus, provided you can quickly master complex market and regulatory mechanisms
Strong Excel and data analysis skills, good command of Word and PowerPoint; Python is a plus
