We are seeking a skilled CRM Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and optimization of CRM solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain CRM systems, ensuring functionality aligns with business needs.
• Customize CRM platforms by creating and modifying custom entities, forms, workflows, and plugins.
• Implement both front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and server-side (C#, .NET) components.
• Participate in the entire development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and documentation.
• Fix bugs and provide support for existing CRM-based applications.
• Write technical specifications for developed code and customizations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and provide ongoing support.
• Stay updated on the latest CRM trends and tools, suggesting improvements and innovations.
• Contribute to cost-effective, efficient, and scalable design solutions.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in CRM development or a related field.
• Proficiency in .NET, C#, ASP.NET, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Salesforce, or similar systems).
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and web development technologies.
• Familiarity with Web Services, API integrations, and XML.
• Knowledge of CRM customization, including entities, workflows, and plugins.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for debugging and optimization.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact directly with clients.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and Japanese, both written and spoken, to collaborate with international teams.
• English proficiency for collaboration with global teams (if applicable).
