AR/ OtC Accountant with German 

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end collections process for overdue invoices and accounts.
• Proactively contact customers via phone and email to follow up on outstanding payments.
• Negotiate payment arrangements within established guidelines.
• Resolve billing disputes professionally, escalating unresolved or complex cases to senior staff or management.
• Execute strategy-based reminders, dunning cycles, and prioritized outbound collection calls.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities in the relevant systems.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and dispute resolution teams to address account discrepancies.
• Support cash application and account reconciliation.
• Analyze account statuses and monitor invoices.
• Prepare and send regular statements, payment reminders, and collection status reports.
• Support audit requirements by providing the necessary documentation.
• Prepare write-off proposals and pre-legal/collection agency documentation in accordance with internal procedures.
• Ensure all collection activities comply with internal policies and applicable legal regulations.
• Provide comprehensive collections reporting to management.

• S/4HANA experience preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience.
• English language proficiency.
• German at B2/C1 level.
