We reply to every application, usually within two weeks.

You'll do wet lay-up and assemble MAV and UAV airframes on site at Sušice 170 in Moravská Třebová. The team is new, small and international: fabrics, epoxy, vacuum bagging, oven cure, then fuselage, wing and empennage from the drawings. We plan to start in January 2027.

What you will do

• Wet lay-up: at the mould: fabrics, epoxy, vacuum bagging, oven cure and surface preparation.
• Material prep: in the composite shop, including cutting reinforcement and running the vacuum equipment.
• Airframe assembly: MAV/UAV from drawings: fuselage, wing, empennage, bonding and mechanical fit-out. Strong experience in either lay-up or assembly is enough.
• Checks: parts and assemblies, torque-controlled joints where the build needs them, and the site's health and safety rules.
• Feedback: to the designers, plus short records of the process.

What we expect

• Experience: proven time in wet lay-up, or in MAV/UAV or light-aircraft assembly.
• Self-directed: you take a part or an assembly and run with it, with occasional guidance rather than daily supervision.
• Drawings: you read drawings and material sheets. Czech is the language with the team. English is a plus.
• Care: you own the quality of an aerospace part.

Nice to have

• Background in aerospace production, a composite shop, or an unmanned-aircraft programme

A new production team is forming at Sušice 170 in Moravská Třebová, on a site with about 1,200 m² of floor space. The work is a defence programme: drone development, prototyping and testing, with serial production possible later. Funding is already secured under an established and experienced European company. You join a small international team of experienced colleagues, and the role is on site.
