We reply to every application, usually within two weeks.

You'll join a newly forming team as a CAD Engineer (UAV, CATIA V5). The team is being set up in the defence sector: drone development, prototyping and testing, with serial production later. The project is still early, the direction is clear and funding is already secured under an established and experienced European company. You join a small international team of experienced engineers and move the project forward with them. The work is remote.

What you will do

• Modelling: parts and assemblies in CATIA V5 (Part Design, Assembly, Drafting).
• Drawings: manufacturing drawings, including materials, composite plies, tolerances and shop notes.
• After test: design changes after test, and controlled drawing releases for production.
• Manufacture: technical coordination with lay-up and assembly specialists on design for manufacture.
• Change control: keeping documentation of methods and revisions up to date.

What we expect

• CATIA V5: you use it daily, and your CV shows real projects.
• Aviation: ideally, experience with aircraft structures, manned or unmanned systems.
• Ownership: you can take a design from the brief through to handover for production. Juniors through senior profiles are welcome, depending on experience.
• English: B2, for technical communication in the international team and with partners.

Nice to have

• Generative Shape Design or Composite Design in CATIA V5
• Composite structures or wet lay-up design
