This is a full-time remote role as a Senior Project Manager at WMG International. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Lead and manage complex IT projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, 5+ years in IT product company.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide project updates to senior management and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Experience in the creation of high-loaded back-end applications.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Superior problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Slack, Bitbacket, GitHub).
