Senior barista

Today, we are expanding our geography and opening our first European coffee hub in Prague (location: Prague Sedlec). In this space, all guests will have the opportunity to see the entire roasting process, taste a cup of delicious coffee, and spend an interesting time.

We are building a team and looking for a very charismatic and highly attractive barista who will ensure a great atmosphere in the hub and prepare excellent coffee drinks.

We expect that you:

• Have experience as a barista
• Are eager to develop (in coffee, professionally, and financially)
• Are willing to be versatile, especially at the beginning
• Speak Czech
• Have coffee in your heart

Key responsibilities:

• Work with hub guests and prepare drinks
• Sell coffee in packs and branded products
• Handle cash reports and maintain the cleanliness of the bar
• Conduct cupping sessions and tastings for customers
• Assist with other hub processes (e.g., helping with order packaging)
