Barista roaster

We are looking for a highly charismatic and extremely attractive barista-roaster to join our friendly team, who will help develop our coffee shop and be responsible for coffee roasting.

What we expect from you:

• Experience as a barista;
• Willingness to set goals and achieve them;
• Knowledge of coffee and a desire for further coffee development;
• Fluency in Czech;
• Coffee is in your heart and soul.

Key responsibilities:

• Roast coffee, or learn how to roast it;
• Work with customers in the hub, prepare beverages;
• Sell coffee in packages and branded products;
• Handle cash register reports and maintain cleanliness of the bar;
• Work with the team on the assortment and development of the coffee shop;
• Conduct cuppings, tastings for customers, and organize coffee events;
• Assist with other hub processes (marketing initiatives, help in the warehouse, etc.).
