Project Manager - IT Projects (Agile & Client-Facing)

Key Responsibilities: 

• Planning, executing, and closing IT projects (e.g., software development, system implementations, upgrades)

• Coordinate daily activities with BA, UX/UI, development, QA, and DevOps teams

• Work closely with external clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations

• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time delivery

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies using frameworks like Scrum (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)

• Manage and prioritize backlogs, user stories, and sprint tasks

• Monitor project scope and support change management processes

• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers; escalate when necessary

• Communicate project status, risks, and updates to internal stakeholders and clients

• Maintain project documentation (requirements, timelines, budgets, reports)

• Support resource allocation and task assignments

• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field

• 2–3 years of experience in IT project coordination or project management

• Working knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• Hands-on exposure to Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)

• Experience in client-facing roles or external project delivery

• Familiarity with tools like Jira

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills

Salary:

From €2,000 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
