We're working with a global B2B SaaS business looking for a Product Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

You'll take ownership of end-to-end enterprise software products, helping professionals manage complex workflows and business processes. Working closely with customers, designers and engineers, you'll shape product strategy, drive improvements and deliver meaningful outcomes.

We're looking for someone with 2–4 years of Product Management experience, ideally within B2B SaaS, with strong product ownership and experience working with enterprise customers.

The client

Working for a global, established B2B SaaS business specialising in governance, risk and compliance technology, helping some of the world’s largest organisations manage complex business processes.

You’ll join a collaborative product team building enterprise software that professionals rely on every day, with the opportunity to take real ownership of products used across critical business workflows.

It’s a hands-on role with plenty of autonomy, combining end-to-end product ownership, close collaboration with enterprise customers and the opportunity to shape products that deliver meaningful business impact.

The role

You’ll join as a Product Manager, taking ownership of end-to-end B2B SaaS products that help enterprise customers manage complex workflows and complete business-critical tasks.

Expect a mix of product discovery, strategy and delivery — working closely with customers to understand their challenges, shaping product roadmaps and collaborating with design and engineering teams to build intuitive, effective solutions.

You’ll have ownership across the full product lifecycle, from identifying opportunities and defining requirements through to launch and measuring success. It’s a role with plenty of autonomy, direct exposure to enterprise customers and the opportunity to make a tangible impact on products used by professionals every day.

The candidate

We’re looking for a Product Manager who brings:

  • Approximately 2–4 years of Product Management experience, ideally within enterprise B2B SaaS.
  • Experience owning an end-to-end product or complete user workflow, rather than individual features or platform capabilities.
  • A strong understanding of workflow-driven software, particularly tools that help professionals complete complex tasks and business processes.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers, understanding their needs and translating them into product requirements and roadmap priorities.
  • Hands-on experience across the full product lifecycle, from discovery and strategy through to delivery, launch and continuous improvement.
  • Experience working closely with engineering, design and commercial teams to deliver meaningful product outcomes.
  • An understanding of enterprise buying processes, including procurement, information security and compliance requirements.
  • Strong product thinking, with the ability to balance customer needs, business objectives and technical feasibility.
  • A data-driven approach, with experience using customer feedback and product metrics to inform decisions and measure success.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage directly with customers and internal teams.
  • Experience within governance, risk, compliance, LegalTech or another regulated environment would be beneficial, but isn’t essential.

What’s in it for you:

  • Salary up to £65,000 + 5% annual bonus
  • Permanent, full-time position
  • Hybrid working – 50% office attendance in London
  • Opportunity to own and shape enterprise products used by professionals worldwide
  • Direct exposure to enterprise customers and meaningful influence over product direction
  • Collaborative environment working closely with product, design and engineering teams
