Junior Customer Support Specialist with French and English

Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer service and support for French-speaking clients.
• Building and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with customers.
• Resolving client issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure high satisfaction.
• Handling and explaining complaints, both in writing and over the phone.
• Monitoring developments on global financial markets.
• Working with our CRM system to verify and update client database records.
• Cooperating closely with external XTB branches and internal departments.

Requirements:

• French language at a native or proficiency level (C1/C2).
• Very good command of English (both spoken and written).
• High level of responsibility, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and complete tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office.
• A positive, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude.

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in a customer service or client support role.
• Basic knowledge of financial markets and XTB’s core business products.
