We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trader to join a well-established property maintenance company, carrying out planned repairs and maintenance across military family housing in Wyton and the surrounding areas.This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled, customer-focused tradesperson to join a long-term maintenance contract, helping ensure properties are safe, comfortable and well-maintained.Carry out plumbing repairs and minor installations.Undertake carpentry repairs and basic joinery.Complete a variety of general property maintenance and repair works.Diagnose faults and identify effective repair solutions.Work across occupied and void properties.Use a PDA or digital system to update job records and complete work orders.Maintain high standards of health and safety, workmanship and customer service.Experience in a Multi Trade or property maintenance role.Good working knowledge of plumbing and carpentry.Ability to diagnose faults and carry out repairs independently.Experience working in occupied and void properties.NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 qualification in a relevant trade is desirable.Additional trade qualifications are advantageous.Full, valid UK driving licence.DBS and security clearance, or willingness to undertake the necessary checks.Professional manner with a strong focus on customer service.Salary up to £36,982.40, depending on experience.Company vehicle and fuel card for business use.23 days' annual leave plus bank holidays.Company pension.Life assurance.Permanent, full-time employment with a well-established property maintenance provider.If you're an experienced Multi Trader looking for a secure, permanent opportunity with a competitive salary and benefits package, we'd love to hear from you.Apply today to find out more about this opportunity!
