Multi-site Recruiter

Location: Hinckley, LE10 3FF, Birmingham B66 and Cannock WS11️ Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (flexibility is required to meet business needs) Pay: Up to £14.00 p/h DOE

• WINNER Recruitment is looking for an experienced, organised, and results-driven Multi-site Recruiter to join our busy industrial team
• This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage a high volume of administrative tasks while delivering an outstanding candidate experience. Flexibility is essential, as working hours may need to be adjusted to meet the demands of the business.

• Organising and conducting candidate inductions.
• Gathering and processing worker registration packs.
• Creating and maintaining accurate worker profiles.
• Completing Right to Work (RTW) checks.
• Ensuring all worker documentation meets legal and compliance requirements.
• Maintaining accurate recruitment and compliance records.
• Liaising with candidates throughout the onboarding process.
• Supporting the on-site team with daily recruitment activities.
• Managing a high volume of administration accurately and efficiently.
• Ensuring all processes are completed in line with company policies and current legislation.

• Previous recruitment or on-site recruitment experience is essential.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
• IT literate with experience using Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile.
• Flexibility to adjust working hours in line with business requirements.
