Whytematter is delighted to be working with a well-established, award-winning creative and digital agency in Belfast as they look to add an experienced Senior Digital Account Manager to their Client Services team.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a strong agency background who enjoys being at the centre of client relationships — understanding what clients are trying to achieve, developing the right strategy and bringing together creative, digital, media and production teams to deliver really strong work.

You’ll manage a varied portfolio of accounts and campaigns across digital, advertising and design, working closely with both clients and internal specialist teams. What we’re looking for:

• Ideally 4+ years’ account management experience, preferably within an agency environment.

• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience managing campaigns and projects from initial brief through to delivery.

• A good understanding of the wider digital landscape, including SEO, PPC, paid/social, display, email and content.

• Experience working alongside creative, media and production teams.

• Comfortable managing project budgets, timelines and multiple client accounts.

• Strong presentation, communication and briefing skills.
