IT Support Engineer

Our client is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. This will be fully onsite in their South London office and some flexibility is required with out of hours support and global travel.

This is a business-facing IT support role where you will provide operational support across end-user devices, systems and IT services. You will work closely with internal teams and senior stakeholders, acting as a senior point of contact who will guide and support onsite IT operations and the engineers involved.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong technical expertise who wants to take ownership of the onsite support environment.

Do you have?

• IT Technical/Deskside Support experience, including deployment, repair, and troubleshooting of end-user devices?
• Strong experience supporting Windows operating systems and applications?
• Experience supporting end-user hardware across macOS and Android platforms?
• Ability to install, configure, and maintain hardware and software, whilst adhering to IT standards?
• Experience supporting meeting room and conferencing technologies, including MS Teams?
• Experience engaging with stakeholders and collaborating with third-party specialists?
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills?
