Primary Duties:

As a manager, you will be engaged in the primary duties:

• Directing staff.
• Responsibility for food and beverages.
• Accountability for the kitchen, room and outdoor terrace.
• Greeting guests with a smile.
• Providing guests with food (and beverages).
• Food preparation.
• Selling commodities.
• Clearing tables.
• Ensure cleanliness and appearance of the room and outdoor patio.
• Assist with any parties and events such as company parties, communions and weddings.
