Planning Lead

Ready to lead, grow and shape a planning function within a thriving infrastructure business? 

We’re seeking an experienced Planning Lead to take ownership of planning delivery, manage a small team and help drive the continued growth of our Infrastructure business. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong leader who enjoys developing people, building client relationships and influencing project success.

As our Infrastructure division continues to grow, we’re investing in leadership talent to help shape the future of our planning capability. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead planning delivery across a portfolio of infrastructure projects 

• Manage, mentor and develop a small team of planners 

• Support recruitment and team growth initiatives 

• Build strong client relationships and provide strategic planning advice 

• Drive planning excellence and best practice 

• Support business development and work-winning activities 

• Act as a key leader within the wider infrastructure business 

About You 

• Significant planning experience within infrastructure programmes 

• Proven leadership and people management experience 

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills 

• Strong Primavera P6 expertise 

• Ability to influence at senior levels 

• Commercial awareness and client-focused approach
