Are you a results-driven marketer with experience in online advertising? Would you like to work independently on managing and optimizing campaigns? Then we have the perfect role for you!

As a Social Paid Marketeer, you'll take our campaigns on Meta, TikTok and beyond to the next level. You'll come up with smart campaigns, test like there's no tomorrow and dig into the data to find out what really works. From first idea to best-performing ad, you're in the driver's seat. So what will you be doing, among other things?

Campaign Planning & Execution

• Setting up and managing paid campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube;
• Analyzing target audience targeting, budget allocation, frequency, and creatives;
• A/B testing visuals, copy, and formats to maximize performance.

Performance & Optimization

• Monitoring KPIs such as ROAS, POAS, CTR, CPM, and Reach;
• Performing daily optimizations and sharing insights with the team;
• Building reports and dashboards to clearly communicate insights.

Strategic Collaboration

• Working closely with the marketing and content teams;
• Collaborating on launches, promotions, and influencer campaigns on paid channels;
• Jointly developing effective paid formats: product ads, video carousels, UGC ads, and so on.

What you bring:

• At least 2 years of experience in social advertising (preferably in e-commerce or lifestyle);
• Experience with Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, or YouTube Ads;
• Creative and analytical: you combine strong visuals with optimal performance;
• A self-starter and team player in a fast-paced environment;
• You are familiar with tools such as Channable and possibly platforms like BillyGrace and CDPs.
