Salford Quays | £26,000 starting salary (negotiable depending on experience) commission and benefits

Ready for your next move in recruitment?

Vision for Education is looking for an enthusiastic, driven and people-focused Recruitment Consultant to join our Manchester team at our stylish Salford Quays office.

Whether you’re an experienced recruiter looking for a fresh challenge or someone with the right skills and attitude ready to take the next step, we’d love to hear from you!

We specialise in education recruitment, connecting talented teachers and support staff with schools across Greater Manchester. You’ll play a key role in building relationships, matching great candidates with the right opportunities, and helping schools get the support they need.

What will you be doing?

  • Building and developing strong relationships with schools across Manchester and the surrounding areas.

  • Recruiting, interviewing and placing high-quality education professionals.

  • Managing your own candidate pool and developing a strong network of talent.

  • Winning new business and growing relationships with existing clients.

  • Matching the right people to the right opportunities.

  • Working closely with a supportive, ambitious team to achieve shared goals.

What are we looking for?

  • Recruitment experience is desirable, but not essential for the right person.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • A proactive, organised approach with the drive to succeed.

  • Confidence in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • A genuine interest in people and a desire to make a difference in education.

  • A positive team player who enjoys a challenge and celebrates success.

What's in it for you?

At Vision for Education, we believe that great people deserve great benefits!

  • £26,000 starting salary, negotiable depending on experience.

  • Competitive commission structure with opportunities to increase your earnings.

  • Reduced working hours during school holidays – enjoy a better work-life balance when schools are quieter.

  • The option to purchase additional annual leave.

  • Cycle to Work scheme.

  • Gym membership discounts to help you stay active.

  • Free on-site parking.

  • A stylish, modern office at Salford Quays, conveniently located for Manchester city-centre commuters.

  • A supportive team environment with opportunities to develop your recruitment career.

Why Vision for Education?

You’ll be joining an established business where you can develop your skills, grow your desk, build your earning potential and be part of a team that takes pride in what it does.
