About the role
- Continuously monitor and control the level of risk in the Company;
- Submit a risk map of the Company at least on a quarterly basis and an annual risk management report;
- Develop a risk assessment framework to identify, assess, mitigate, and monitor risks;
- Report to the Management Board risky events, provide conclusions and proposals concerning mitigation of the risk undertaken;
- Collect reports and/or information from the departments and employees of the Company;
- Continuously monitor the state of the risk events in the database;
- Prepare and regularly review and update the risk training and testing material taking into account the most common risk sources;
- Ensure the information on the identified risk factors, risk changes, etc. is passed to the Management Board in a timely manner;
- Assess the effectiveness of the use of the risk limits;
- Prepare, implement and oversee Company’s risk management documents (procedures, policies, strategies, registers etc.);
- Seek to ensure implementation of the risk management measures and inform the Management Board on the results thereof;
- Seek to ensure effective functioning of the Risk Management System, promote risk awareness and management;
- Provide assistance to the employees as much as it is related to the identification, management and elimination of risks;
- Review the Company’s compliance with regulatory requirements;
- Perform other functions established in laws and Company’s internal policies and procedures.
