IT Helpdesk Technician

• Support Windows 11 desktop and laptop environments
• Build, configure, and deploy end user devices and peripherals
• Support user account administration within Active Directory and Entra ID
• Assist with Intune device enrolment, compliance, and deployment support
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printing, connectivity, and access issues
• Support warehouse operational devices including scanners, printers, and label devices
• Maintain accurate documentation and update the IT knowledge base where required
• Ensure all work is logged and updated within the IT ticketing system
• Support endpoint security standards including MFA, device compliance, and antivirus controls
• Assist with software installations, patching, and system updates
• Support office moves, desk setups, and hardware deployments across sites
• Travel across group sites where required, sometimes at short notice
• Support the wider IT team during peak periods and major incidents
• Participate in out-of-hours support rotation where required
• Maintain a professional, organized, and customer focused approach at all time

• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications, Windows 10 / Windows 11 and IT ticketing systems
• Basic understanding of Active Directory and Entra ID
• Understanding of endpoint security and MFA
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
