Logistics Administrator

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Logisitics Administrator to join our UniQue team.

What will you be brining to the team?

Our UniQue people come from a variety of different backgrounds and industries, with different skillsets and approaches, but they have one thing in common: passion for technology and innovation! For the Logistics Administrator position we expect you to:

• Participate in processing customer orders and registering them as sales orders in the company’s information system.
• Handle customer orders from entry into the system through delivery and invoicing.
• Organize and coordinate material shipments to customers.
• Issue and send invoices to customers.
• Participate in export procedures and apply knowledge of customs tariff classifications and INCOTERMS.

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

Your experience, skillset and qualifications are going to help you succeed in this position, moving forward. We would like you to have:

• BSc in Logistics/Supply Chain or relevant field.
• 1-3 years of work experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with SAP is considered an asset.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good command of English, both oral and written.
• Time management, communication and teamwork skills.
