CAMPSITE WARDEN COUPLE
We have a very exciting opportunity at Orcaber Farm for a warden couple to join our family run campsite on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales, a stones throw away from the Yorkshire 3 peaks. The role involves working a 4 day on, 4 day off shift pattern from mid March to the end of September.
£12.75 per hour, plus end of season bonus and static caravan accommodation with private fenced area provided- including free electric, water and wifi. Well behaved dogs are welcome by prior agreement.
Both job roles require hardworking individuals with the need to work both individually and as part of a small team, being able to take tasks on as well as using own initiative to help everything run smoothly.
Job role 1: Receptionist/shop worker
Essential- proficient in written communication for completion of all email and telephone enquiries.
•Previous experience with campmanager is a bonus, but not essential as full training provided.
•Good communication skills dealing with customers over the phone and face to face.
•Managing the shop- restocking, cleaning etc
Job role 2: site maintenance
Essential- physically fit- this is a manual job
* good communication skills dealing with customers around site
* Ground maintenance- grass cutting/Litter picking etc
* Campfire/kindling/log delivery
* Regular toilet and shower checks to a very high standard
