ROLE SUMMARY:

The Oracle Project and Portfolio Management architect will be responsible shape and enable digital transformation on the Oracle Fusion platform. Will be responsible delivering end-to-end Oracle Cloud PPM solution working closely with Finance, Investment Management and Project Management stakeholders. The role involves capturing specific requirements, facilitating workshops, designing solutions, and configuring Oracle Cloud PPM modules to support Projects transformation.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

· Leading the design with key Enterprise stakeholders (Finance, Project Management, Investment Management, Product Development)

· Document functional and technical requirements, including working closely with the Oracle Fusion EPM and Oracle architecture teams to ensure seamless integration

· Configure Oracle Cloud Project Financials and related PPM modules (ie Project costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts)

· Creating key project documents including Business Requirements Definition (BRD), Functional Specification Definitions (FSD), Test Scripts, User Manuals and Training Guides.

· Maintaining key stakeholder relationships between business SMEs and Technology colleagues to ensure design requirements are understood and that functional specifications are converted accurately into detail technology specifications.

· Works closely with the Workstream Lead to agree priorities, manage key design, build and test deliverables and ensure delivery of a fully tested solution.

· Owns project status reporting and provides key progress updates to Workstream Lead and PMO

· Identify design, build and test related issues, risks, dependencies and assumptions as they arise; prepares mitigation actions to address these in a timely manner and implement as appropriate

Requirements:
Oracle Cloud Specialist or Lead Consulting with strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion/Cloud PPM modules

· Proven 8+ years of experience in Oracle EBS/Cloud PPM implementations, upgrades & support projects with hands-on configuration skills.

· Responsible for leading ERP functional design phases with experience across the full software development life cycle.

· Ability to work independently, execute projects following established guidelines/procedures and take initiative to explore and solve problems.

· Exceptional client service and client management skills; able to build and maintain effective client relationships.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

· Able to drive high performance from people while fostering collaboration: set direction and expectations for the team, align their strengths to tasks, and challenge them to raise the bar while providing support.

· Can work closely with Technology colleagues to develop and create solutions together, with an ability to bridge business requirements into technical specifications through the design process.

· Can perform testing activities effectively and train internal teams
