Project Logistics Manager

To strengthen our foothold in the European market, we are seeking a competent individual to pioneer our new Project Logistics department in The Netherlands.

As our new Project Logistics Manager, you will drive the new department from the ground up. You will benefit from the collaboration we have across our offices and our grant network of suppliers worldwide.

Further, you will have the opportunity to tailor a flexible job, as it is possible to work from our Ijmuiden or Rotterdam offices, coupled with remote work if needed.

Your Responsibilities:

• Drive Business Development
• Conducting pre-contract assessments to ensure adherence to customs, shipping regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols
• Coordinating logistics operations and liaising with stakeholders across the transportation spectrum
• Overseeing day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Ensuring project execution aligns with company policies and procedures
• Guaranteeing client satisfaction by meeting cost, schedule, and contractual obligations
• Mentoring and leading the project cargo team in the near future
