Delivery Manager - AI & Automation £85,000 - £95,000 + Benefits Hertfordshire - Hybrid (2-3 days onsite)
Our client is a leading consumer focused business investing heavily in AI, automation and digital transformation. They're looking for an experienced AI & Automation Delivery Manager with a proven track record of delivering AI and automation solutions into live business environments.
Reporting to the Head of Data & Technology, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end AI and automation programme, managing technology partners, offshore teams and internal stakeholders.
What you'll be responsible for:

Lead the delivery of AI, automation and integration programmes
Manage technology partners, offshore teams and vendor performance
Own programme governance, budgets, delivery plans and risks
Oversee solution deployment, compliance and go-live readiness
Lead an internal delivery team and engage senior stakeholders

What we're looking for:

Proven experience delivering AI and automation solutions into production
Strong Technology Delivery / Programme Management background
Experience managing outsourced vendors and offshore delivery teams
Good understanding of AI technologies, automation and governance
Strong commercial, stakeholder management and leadership skills
