Reporting directly to the Global Discovery™ Manager, the successful candidate will be part of an offshore-focused team delivering Tracerco diagnostic services to clients worldwide. The role will involve a combination of office‑based, onshore, and offshore work, supporting global  operations in a dynamic and technically demanding environment.

Requirements

• Scientific or engineering background, ideally with a degree or equivalent experience in Electronic, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. 
• Experience in ROV operations and/or pipeline inspection. 
• Proven capability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair subsea electronic systems. 
• Experience in firmware programming, soldering, and cable repair. 
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to execute safe offshore operations in accordance with company procedures and industry standards. 
• Excellent written English skills, including the ability to prepare technical reports. 
• Demonstrable computer literacy. 
• Enthusiasm for leading‑edge technology for delivering innovative technical solutions.  
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate confidently with customers and build strong working relationships with colleagues. 
• Ability to travel internationally, working as part of a fast‑moving global team.  

Responsibilities

The role is suited to a high‑caliber, hands‑on individual with offshore experience who can apply  an understanding of complex technologies to deliver innovative solutions in a team‑based  environment. Candidates must be willing to travel frequently at short notice, be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Passport, and be willing to undergo drug, background, and physical screening.
