We’re looking for passionate and reliable Line Chefs to join our dynamic kitchen team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their work, and is eager to develop their skills in a professional kitchen.

About the Role:

As a Line Chef, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef to deliver high-quality dishes. You’ll be responsible for your section, ensuring consistency, cleanliness, and efficiency during service.

Key Responsibilities:

● Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard within your designated section
● Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion control
● Support the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen
● Ensure your section is fully stocked, organised, and ready for service
● Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards at all times
● Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service
● Assist with stock rotation, waste control, and basic prep tasks

What We’re Looking For:

● Previous experience in a professional kitchen
● A positive attitude and willingness to learn
● Good communication and teamwork skills
● Passion for food and attention to detail
● Ability to work efficiently under pressure
● Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
● Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
