across major jurisdictions and a client base built on trust in active trading — spanning CFDs, Futures and
Options.

the next stage possible: building genuinely new product lines in Stocks, ETFs, Investing, Wealth and Prediction
Markets, aimed at a much larger consumer audience than our existing trading business alone.

What does the job look like?

The Performance Marketing Specialist will have the opportunity to: 

• Take full ownership of paid search across all our regulated entities
• Decide where budget goes, what scales and what gets cut, and own the results
• Identify problems before they grow and propose the fix

What you’ll own

• Google Ads and Microsoft Ads strategy and execution across all Tickmill entities
• Budget, pacing and ROI calls, judged on cost per funded account and deposit value
• A clear, numbers-backed verdict on every campaign: working or not
• Compliance with each jurisdiction’s ad rules
• Intermediate knowledge of Meta, programmatic and native
• Collaboration with the regional teams

What will you need to be able to do the job?

• 3+ years of paid ads experience
• A startup, get-things-done mindset
• Deep Google Ads and Microsoft Ads expertise and real budget ownership
• Willingness to adapt to new information, new platforms, new skills, new updates
• Commercial judgment you can defend with data
• Good English communication skills
• Working knowledge of tracking setups (client & server), GA4, Google Tag Manager, cookies etc.
• Working knowledge of Meta, programmatic or native

What will make you stand out? 

• Experience in CFD, forex or prop trading (strongly preferred); performance marketers from fintech, crypto and iGaming are also welcome
• Hands-on experience with scripting, automation and AI-driven workflows
