Across the group we operate in seven European countries with brands such as Piletilevi and Biletomat. Every year we sell more than 15 million tickets, from small club nights to the biggest festivals, theatres and stadiums. We are building one ticketing platform for the whole group, and AI is part of how we build it: specs are our source of truth, and agents help us go from spec to shipped code.💚Your roleWe are changing how product works at PLG. Instead of product managers who run backlogs and hand off specs, we are building a team of Product Builders: people who own a problem end to end, prototype with AI, write the specs our engineers and agents build from, and stay until it works in production.We need a leader for that team who is a builder first. You will set the direction, hire and coach the builders, and raise the bar for what good looks like. You will also keep building yourself. You lead by example, not by status meetings.
