Workshop Technician

What you’ll do

• Prepare devices for repair: charge, open/back cover removal, clean, label
• Run functional tests and quality checks; record pass/fail results
• Complete secure data wipe and OS updates (SOP-led)
• Assist technicians during repairs; manage tools, parts and workbench setup
• Maintain an ESD-safe, 5S-organised workstation; follow safety procedures
• Update device status on scanners/tablets; escalate issues early

No heavy lifting. Full training provided.
