KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver strategic business consulting and present to C-Suite executives.
Lead client engagements from concept to delivery, ensuring measurable outcomes.
Promote AI-driven solutions and emerging technologies to enhance operations.
Mentor and coach team members to build capability and collaboration.
Advocate continuous learning and professional development within the team.
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and ensure delivery excellence.

MUST HAVE / GOOD TO HAVE

8+ years of experience in management consulting, focused on business transformation, strategy, or digital product development.
Strong understanding of business processes, operations, and cross-industry challenges.
Proven record of delivering impactful digital and consulting engagements.
Excellent stakeholder management and executive presentation skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into business value.
