Head of Finance SWARCO ITS Division (m/f/d)

Challenge

• Lead, develop, and manage the ITS Finance team with full functional and disciplinary responsibility
• Work closely with the CFO and provide the Executive Board with clear, data-driven financial insights and strategic recommendations
• Develop and implement the finance strategy in line with the company's overall objectives and growth plans
• Own the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to enable accurate, data-driven decision-making
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic business planning
• Drive initiatives to optimize capital allocation, improve cash flow, and increase profitability
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements (IFRS, local GAAP, etc.)
• Oversee internal controls, corporate governance, and audit readiness
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance
• Identify and mitigate financial risks while ensuring adherence to financial policies, tax regulations, and industry standards
• Evaluate investment opportunities, including business cases, capital expenditure (CAPEX), acquisitions, and divestments
• Support ESG and sustainability reporting initiatives
• Continuously improve finance processes, data quality, and business intelligence transparency while driving automation and digitalization across the finance function
