In this function, you will support national and international clients from different sectors in complex transactions - from kick-off to closing. **Your contribution to KPMG** * Participate in buy- & sell-side M&A, IPO and fundraising projects and support our senior team members in the daily deal execution * Create and design financial valuation models by using a wide range of research tools for market and company analysis * Prepare high quality client presentations and participate in internal and external marketing activities * Perform industry research and market analysis and contribute to KPMG M&A publications * Benefit from the opportunity to learn and improve your overall deal knowledge whilst working with other KPMG subject matter experts **This is what makes you successful** * Master graduate with a major in Finance, Controlling or Accounting * Initial professional experience in M&A, Strategy Consulting and/or Financial Accounting * Analytically minded, solution-orientated and demonstration of entrepreneurial thinking * Solid knowledge of the Swiss corporate and M&A landscape * Very good knowledge in MS Office * Full professional proficiency in German and English With 300 different auditing and advisory service opportunities, our people can choose the career path that suits them best.
