Report any accidents, incidents, or near misses promptly and in line with company procedure. Communicate professionally and courteously with passengers, colleagues, and management. Refuel the vehicle and park securely at the depot at the end of each shift. Requirements Essential: Enhanced DBS (EDBS) certificate — must hold a current Enhanced DBS check. Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 penalty points (no DD, DR, or IN endorsements). Driver Qualification Card (DQC) — valid Driver CPC. Digital tachograph driver card (Digi card). Good spoken English and a professional, customer-focused manner. Excellent timekeeping and reliability — the split-shift schedule requires punctuality for both duties. Desirable: Previous experience driving minibuses, school routes, or shuttle services. Knowledge of West London roads and routes. First aid awareness.
