Internal Sales Advisor (Powered Access)

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Hire Desk Sales Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, delivering outstanding service while helping to grow the business through proactive sales activity.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing inbound and outbound telephone calls and emails
• Building strong relationships with customers and understanding their requirements
• Converting hire enquiries into orders and maximising sales opportunities
• Identifying opportunities to cross-sell related products and services
• Providing customers with suitable powered access solutions
• Preparing accurate quotations and processing orders
• Coordinating hire requests from enquiry through to delivery
• Working closely with operational teams to ensure excellent customer service
• Supporting customers with product information and technical guidance

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Experience in a customer service, sales, account management, hire desk, logistics or coordination role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident telephone manner
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• A positive, proactive and solutions-focused approach
• Desirable Experience
