TIG Welder

An engineering operation in Liptovský Hrádok is looking for 2 TIG welders for precision work. A practical test is part of the selection.

Main responsibilities

• Welding of components using the TIG method
• Welding of stainless steel and thin-walled materials
• Reading technical drawings and welding symbols
• Preparing and fitting parts before welding
• Visual inspection of the weld and correction of defects
• Care of welding equipment and reporting of faults
• Following workplace safety rules and using protective equipment

Requirements

• Practical welding experience in the TIG method
• A valid welding certificate is an advantage; a practical test is part of the selection
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Basic English for communication at the workplace
• Precision and a steady hand
• A responsible approach to quality
