Plumber and Pipe Fitter

A construction and assembly company is looking for 20 plumbers and pipe fitters for projects in the Bratislava area. Work is organised in fixed teams on long-term projects.

Main responsibilities

• Installation of water, heating and sanitary systems
• Assembly of pipe routes and fittings according to the project documentation
• Cutting, threading and joining of pipes
• Pressure testing and commissioning of installed systems
• Reading construction drawings and working to the specified dimensions
• Preparing the workplace and handling material
• Following workplace safety rules and working at height where required

Requirements

• Practical experience in plumbing or pipe fitting
• Ability to work from construction drawings
• Basic English for communication with the site foreman
• Physical fitness for the work, including outdoor conditions
• Willingness to travel between sites where the project requires it
• Reliability and a responsible approach to safety
