About the role
Support Mac and iOS estates for London businesses. MDM, identity, and networking work across a varied client base, with senior engineers to learn from and no scripted call-centre tickets.
Requirements:
- Two or more years supporting macOS in a business environment
- Hands-on experience with at least one MDM platform (Jamf, Mosyle or Kandji)
- Working knowledge of Apple Business Manager and zero-touch enrolment
- Comfortable with identity platforms such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or Okta
- Clear written and spoken English; you will talk to clients directly
- Right to work in the UK
Nice to have:
- Jamf certification or equivalent MDM accreditation
- Networking fundamentals: DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Wi-Fi troubleshooting
- Scripting for the Mac: zsh, bash or AppleScript, or Installomator experience
- Experience at an MSP or in a multi-client environment
