About the role

Strategic Sales

cares for existing clients and actively seeks new business opportunities in a designated region
prepares and processes business offers, negotiates contracts and agreements with suppliers
daily communication with clients and resolution of specific requests
evaluates market and competitor information and reports the results to your supervisor
prepares price quotes and consults with the sales manager
participates in important trade fairs, where you establish further contacts with mixture manufacturers and potential customers.
cooperates with the research and development department (new products, innovation of existing products).
resolves customer complaints
responsible for processing purchase contracts for all customers in accordance with applicable legal standards, proposes corrective measures
responsible for fulfilling the business plan

High school/university education
language requirements – very good knowledge of English, other languages an advantage
experience with B2B sales of plastic products, ideally in the cable industry
negotiation skills and excellent presentation skills
independence, responsibility, proactive approach to work, team player
willingness to travel and resistance to stress
driver's license class B
