Pay, shifts and working pattern

– Week Day: £12.71 + £1.53 holiday pay = £14.24 per hour
– Week Night: £13 + £1.57 holiday pay = £14.57 per hour
– Saturday Day: £13 + £1.57 holiday pay = £14.57 per hour
– Saturday Night: £13.30 + £1.61 holiday pay = £14.91 per hour
– Sunday Day: £13.50 + £1.63 holiday pay = £15.13 per hour
– Sunday Night: £13.50 + £1.63 holiday pay = £15.13 per hour
– Shifts: 08:00 – 20:00, 20:00 – 08:00

What you will do

– Assist patients with medication management, ensuring adherence to prescribed regimens
– Monitor patient health and report changes to nursing staff
– Support individuals with personal care tasks, maintaining dignity and respect
– Document care activities meticulously in line with facility policies
– Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care

What you’ll need

– At least 6 months of recent UK experience as a Healthcare Assistant or in a related role
– Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship
– Ability to provide accurate professional references
– Evidence of completed practical training in BLS (Basic Life Support)
– Evidence of completed training in Manual Handling
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– A compassionate approach with a commitment to patient welfare
