At Scholastic UK, we are one of the best-known primary education publishers in the country, the UK’s largest school book fair operator and the biggest children’s specialist bookseller in the UK and Ireland.

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Self-Employed School Sales Consultants to work with Scholastic Education to promote and sell teacher resources, reading series and children’s books. Key to the role will be visiting schools both in person and virtually, to build strong relationships and realise sales growth across your territory.

Applicants must live within their territory.

You will need to be an excellent communicator with outstanding presentation and demonstration skills whilst also being able to effectively manage a busy schedule in order to meet minimum sales expectations. A sound knowledge of Microsoft packages and an understanding of the education system are essential.

Due to the nature of the role, a full driving licence and flexibility in working hours are essential.

You will be home based covering a specific region.
