Supplier Relationship Coordinator

Role Overview

The Supplier Relationship Coordinator plays a key role acting as the primary point of contact for supplier relationships and ensuring strong, collaborative partnerships are maintained. Reporting to the Supplier Relationship Team Leader, this position is responsible for managing supplier expectations, resolving queries, overseeing debt management processes, validating supplier commissions, and coordinating inbound correspondence.

The role requires close collaboration with internal teams, including Data and Bureau Billing, to improve processes, support reporting enhancements, and ensure operational excellence. By analysing supplier feedback, monitoring performance, and identifying opportunities for improvement, the successful candidate will help drive efficiency, accuracy, and service quality across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong communication and analytical skills who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and delivering positive outcomes in a fast-paced environment. Experience in supplier management, debt processes, and Excel is advantageous.
